      Pros

      Great company culture, good comp plan, excellent product. Not bureaucratic or evil like Oracle. More nerd culture then AppD which is bro-central. Really nice Office. Not as risky as early stage companies like OverOps, where I've heard has lots of strong personalities.

      Cons

      Increasing quotas, increased hires... inevitable for all growth companies, but not as bad as Mixpanel and Sumo which over-hired like crazy with commoditized products. Enterprise is more challenging but since AppD was acquired and with more that shift to the cloud. Has potential for future.

      Cons

      High growth & growing pains (all the changes that can come with that) Product can be pretty technical with a learning curve Sometimes tough to collaborate with satellite offices (not uncommon for any int'l company)
