Pros

I came from a way smaller company than New Relic. I expected the work here to be super regulated, however, I was surprised at how much freedom engineers and the teams have here. I feel that my opinion is heard here and in general, the company is a safe space where everyone can express themselves and grow. I enjoy working here. I like the people I work with, the platform we all develop and the attitude promoted by the C-level. So far so good. I want to believe it will be like that in the future.

Cons

I am a remote employee, which has disadvantages. Sometimes, I feel detached from people and must try to stay in contact.
