      I think, like any company, communications from the mother ship in the US can suffer from general human politics. Management seem to be over cautions about what information is presented to the staff, and I guess they don't want to risk losing talent with poorly formed messaging. The catch 22 is that, you can lose staff when it appears you are not being transparent. So who knows. This was the only negative I could find, so it's not really a big one at all.
