      Pros

      A lot of big ideas, fast paced, never a dull day. Great leadership overall, great office culture. I wake up every morning and go to work with good friends.

      Cons

      Some employees are "grandfathered" in (have been here a while) but don't seem to add any value.

      Pros

      Product first. This means we build and sell products that you can really believe in. Leadership works harder to be transparent than anywhere I have ever worked. Great office, cool culture, room to grow. Cutting edge technology. We stay ahead of industry trends because New Relic employs highly talented and passionate people from diverse backgrounds.

      Cons

      Fast growth means bumps along the way. But that is what you expect from an explosive tech company. The 401k match could be better.
