Career progression: When I first joined NR, I immediately noticed the investment the company makes in its people and career progression. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to take on new challenges and have had a rewarding career journey thanks to supportive leadership and team members. Team-oriented culture: I feel trusted, encouraged, and part of something that values progress. Leadership creates space for growth, there is consistent mentorship, and collaboration is encouraged. Transparent leadership: Invests in its people. Recognition feels meaningful.

Cons

It's a fast-moving environment, but if you're energized by learning and problem solving, you'll be challenged in the best way.

Pros

My 11 years and counting at New Relic have been defined by significant personal and professional growth. The company provides a lot of opportunities for ambitious individuals who want to take ownership and deliver results. Pros: Growth Path: The company is committed to cultivating and nurturing talent. There is a definite path to leadership or as an IC depending on what you're looking for. Strategic Ownership: I always feel empowered to define my strategy and I'm held accountable for its business impact. Strong Peer Group: I have always been blessed with intelligent, driven colleagues and a high-performance work environment. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, actually I have made so many life-long friends at New Relic!

Cons

It's hard to say there are any cons when my worst day at New Relic is better than my best day at any other place I've ever worked for. Anything I thought was a con historically has been improved or removed. Like any company there will be friction around cross functional rhythm and tools, but most issues I've seen are ironed out over time.
