1. Genuinely good teammates. 2. Decent perks.

Cons

1. Absolutely clueless management. They literally are masters of deception. They will do a lot of politics and try to throw you under the bus. 2. Working hard here has made my life worse because you become a constant target for management. You can never pushback against literally dumb ideas and hope to stay. 3. The management is absolutely petty and unempathic to a degree i cannot explain. 4. Oh did i mention 12-14 hr work days are very normal here. Especially since management is directionless and constantly shifts priorities.
