Pros
There are some good people to work with and a product that enables you to work on a project focused on scalability. It used to be a good place to work but now it's a sort of circus.
Cons
There are some really bad people to work with and a terrible management. Uncertainty surrounds the future direction and the extent of operations relocating to India. Employees face layoffs every 6 months in a toxic work environment where unhappiness is prevalent. The management, from top to bottom, is poor and actively contributes to employees feeling frustrated and eager to leave. There is also misuse of the on-call policy, where you may receive notifications for issues that do not directly affect customers, such as problems in the Staging environment.
