Pros

I have not been here that long but for now it´s been great: * A better onboarding than at any other company I know/have worked at. * There seems to be internal mobility between teams. * Nice work environment and managers that try to keep people motivated. * Good learning culture with smart coworkers. * Lots of work to do, but well distributed so people are engaged but not over-worked. * They keep continuously improving employee benefits, without we having to fight for them.

Cons

* Remote work is discouraged although it can be requested for specific occasions. * Seems to be growing fast, but I hope that does not affect the current culture.
