DFW offices are cliquey! Management shows favortism

General Manager (Broker) really did care about the business and employees. Tons of respect for the CEO.

Cons

lack of training, never felt comfortable asking questions Direct managers (Acq. and Disp.) show favortism Culture is centered around drinking and popularity Lack of opportunity, there was no way to make a good living. It is VERY oversaturated. There are too many agents and not enough investors. Advertised as a work from home / make your own hours job in interviews. They are slowly forcing everyone back to the office that rarely had enough chairs and open desks.

The amount of money I can make is purely on me. I have full control of everything and it’s all on me. The competition is always fueling me as well, I’m surrounded by the best agents in the nation.
