Pros

You gain good experience in sales, cold calling, in-house competition.

Cons

Where do I begin. Required hours even though they advertise it as a flexible position without saying the hours are "required," you cannot take time off unless you perform otherwise you will be looked down upon, stress through the roof, no benefits, hope your deals close because so many things can go wrong even though you do everything right throughout closing process. Awful work-life balance, I became so burnt out

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry you did not have a great experience during your time here. We continuously look for ways to enhance the Warrior experience. Since agents are 1099 contractors, there are no office hours requirement. I would like to learn more about your comments regarding "required" hours and work-life balance so that we can understand and address any issues you had regarding this. Please feel free to contact me at engagement@manpow.com.

Pros

Great people, very fast paced, with an ability to make as much money as you can.

Cons

strictly commission ( you eat what you hunt), no benefits, training is not as helpful as it should be. Very much learn as you go- which isnt great in a commission only structure.
