I definitely like the job and the general environment in the office. It is fast paced and competitive but also supportive at the same time.

Cons

It is 100% commission based, which means you need to be financially prepared to potentially not make money for the first few months.

Pros

AWESOME job. Very flexible and very rewarding. The employees are supportive and fun, the money is great, and the harder you work the more you are rewarded!

Cons

It is a 1099 job so you are fully responsible for how much money you make, but that only makes you want to grind harder!
