Pros

I have been with New Western Acquisitions for a couple of months, and have had a WONDERFUL work experience thus far. Both the Marietta and Buckhead facilities are very goal driven. They also have a mentor-ship mentality to teach new agents how to be successful in the industry, and are willing to go the extra mile. Both of the General Managers, Brad and Soo, are very hands-on and a great asset to learn from. The team collaborates well together, and is very close. Agents will work hard to close transactions, but those efforts are definitely rewarded by the commission. I really enjoy the ability to have a flexible schedule, to work with such a great team, the ability to earn uncapped commission, and the opportunity to learn and gain further experience. I am excited to see where my career with New Western takes me.

Cons

I do not have any at this time.

Pros

The resources, training and support that this team provided me with is like nothing I've ever seen in a business setting. I was hired 90 days ago with no real estate experience what so ever. I sold my 9th property yesterday because of how well prepared my superiors have made and continue to make me. Not to mention that upward mobility is the plan from day 1. Our GM and team leader Anthony Gonzales is constantly reminding me to look forward and work toward promotion. This was a job that turned quickly into my life, and my coworkers have become my family. We all support each others success and push each other to grow.

Cons

You put in the amount of work that you feel necessary to succeed. As an avid workaholic this is a great advantage for me because I have succeeded quickly. If you are not a driven hard worker however, I suggest staying away.
