Incredible Experience working with New Western Long Beach

Pros

I have worked for Dek Bake at New Western Long Beach for the past 2 years. It has been an awesome experience. This was my first full-time real estate job and I have learned so much. Dek provided great leads and the tools to become a successful agent. The work environment was awesome, I will be friends with the coworkers I had at New Western for a long time. I closed over 60 transactions while working here, and I learned something new through every one. This was the best two years of my life. Thank you Dek Bake for this opportunity.

If you want to wake up in the morning and not dread going to work everyday this is the job for you. You learn something new everyday and there's never a boring moment. Great team who genuinely want to see you succeed. The GM wants you to succeed and start your own branch one day.

Cons

100% commission can be scary at first, but the harder you work the more money you will make.
