I came into my office as the only girl, and my managers have been in my corner supporting me through my whole journey. I got promoted in my first 6 months. The culture is unmatched. I have gone on multiple trips for fun with the office like Florida, Ozarks, Dallas, Vegas for example.

Cons

It is a hustle, but it pays off in huge ways.
