You see a lot of reviews from people going into sales complaining of company structure and being micromanaged. That's not the case here, you work for yourself. Although it's competitive, and you're only paid when you make a sale, I'm surrounded by 8 others that want and push everyone to succeed. Everyday is different and there's no knowing what your going to see/ who you're going to meet on a given day. -Market is on fire also

Cons

Long hours, emerging yourself full speed into the real estate world, and maintaining a more intense focus on your daily routine are required. A price to pay for making the decision to invest in yourself. I left my cozy career making $65K a year to come make it selling real estate and I couldn't be happier.

In most jobs you have co-workers well here you have family. The agents treat each other like brothers. They care for each others success and will help them do whatever to achieve. You will not get this type of affection somewhere else. They knowledge I have been obtained has kick started me to succeed in Real Estate.

Cons

There is no downside to working with New Western. You need to be self-motivated to succeed in this industry.
