Pros

One of my favorite things about New Western is the culture and the work environment. We all work equally hard regardless of your position and title. Everyone is striving towards the same goal- growing this company to its utmost potential and taking over the world! I am inspired every day I come to work because I know I will be challenged and I will learn something new. We are all warriors, and that is apparent throughout all of our offices across the nation. Every person has a unique story and background, but the one commonality is our work ethic. If you get bored while you're working here, you don't belong...

Pros

This is a place for exceptional people. There are no slackers, everyone is of the same mindset. Everyone gets along great and encourages and pushes everyone to be extraordinary. And the harder you work the more money you make. There is no ceiling.

Cons

Very intense environment, which will either push you to be better or you won’t make it. Cutthroat.
