      Pros

      No other company that I have found offers a career path from entry level to management within 3-5 years for those that are willing to work for it. I began my career at New Western with little to no investment real estate experience. The start was grueling and difficult but I was able to become a local expert within about 18 months. I moved into management a little after 2 years at the company. Not an easy job, but for those who want to work extremely hard and be rewarded extremely well for it, this is an uncommon opportunity.

      Cons

      This job is not for everyone. Top performers regularly work 60-80 hours per week. If you need someone looking over your shoulder to make sure you're working hard STAY AWAY. If you can motivate yourself to put in 12 hour days even when nobody is telling you to do it, you will find success here.

      Pros

      New Western is a fast paced business and the hands on leadership of the founders really shows. Great things ahead. Work hard and there is plenty of room to advance. Remote work and flexibility is hard to beat.

      Remote work isn't for everyone.
