Pros

At no other job can you walk in with 0 experience, and become an expert within months. Arguably the best side of real estate to be in. Fast paced, and drives you to become the best you can be. Supportive team, and great management. Everyone’s always ready to help out, while at the same time keeping a competitive nature. The culture is like no other workplace ever. You have support from people killing it all over the nation.

Cons

Not for the weak. If you’re not driven, go work somewhere else. This job is only for go getters, that are self motivated and ready to work hard. If that’s not you, I think Wendy’s is hiring.
