      Personal development In-house training Great office culture (essentially) Free snacks in office The New Western platform The skills you learn here are transferable to all real estate positions.

      Cons

      Horrible pay Long payment process after you sell a home In my office, you were expected to be in the office daily, but it wasn’t required.

      Pros

      I met a few really great people that I consider friends for life.

      Cons

      Too much to list but in a nutshell, horrible management who only cares about profit and cares nothing about the people. Owners and Leadership are very unethical people and instill that same culture. You are only valued if you started with them from the beginning and you don’t challenge their beliefs or requests. And the only reason you see a response to all of the reviews, even the negative ones, is so that they meet the criteria to get on Glassdoor’s BPW list. They also incentivize for positive feedback. Don’t be fooled. These responses are all just formality and they do not take any of the feedback seriously to improve themselves. I was on the front lines of assisting with Glassdoor so I am speaking from direct knowledge.

      Beware No Longer Remote

      Great teammates. I can stick to my work and not have to worry about other things.

      Cons

      The promise of remote work which was a big factor in accepting the job and it is likely going away. It was pitched as remote, which was a major factor in my decision and I accepted lower salary because of that. It feels like a bait and switch.
