      Pros

      You get to learn on the job from the best of the best and what you put into it is what you get out of it. If you are willing to work hard you can make an unbelievable living and there are not many opportunities like New Western where you can see your hard work pay off in a short period of time

      Cons

      It requires full time effort to be highly successful. Not neccesarily a con but just something to be aware of. This is not the place where you can do part time work and produce results
