      Pros

      Everyone I work with is highly motivated, dedicated and always helpful. Work environment is suuuper positive - support is there, communication is open and honest, and everyone is respected.

      Cons

      Honestly haven't experienced any downsides so far.

      Pros

      Great environment, excellent place to get training in the industry. If you have real estate experience, it can be a great place to grow quickly due to the fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Giving yourself the time to build a good system that works for you. However, New Western gives you great tools to build that quickly.
