Pros

Great company with a great culture. I like the endless training videos and weekly training calls most of all.

Cons

It is super easy to over look the cons of working a commission based job and never consider all of the different factors that could affect when and how much you get paid. I think it would greatly benefit new agents, that aren't use to the speed of commission based pay, to really drive home the point about how crutial self accountability and tracking/meeting your goals will be.

Pros

You'll learn more with this brokerage in three months than you will with a traditional brokerage in 1 year. You're always around people that want to thrive. Once you build up a network of investors the job gets really fun.

Cons

The starting base pay for agents is super low. You'd have to sell at least 5 units a month to be able to feed your family. You want to sell a lot either way, but I wish the commission was higher.
