Pros

See a lot of deals, if you grind you can be successful. But that is the same of a lot of sales job.

Cons

Management has no other professional work experience. Agents who leave ARE NOT free to leave and will get sued if they continue to work in their profession. Extremely high turnover. There are a dozen competitors that have better values.

New Western is a great place to work. Everyone is extremely helpful and willing to teach whoever is willing to listen. The group of people make it a fun place to go to every day, and the pace makes you want to work even harder.

Cons

Making time to go to the gym or having access to one to keep up that part of my routine.
