New Agent but loving it so far!

Amazing support system, great brand, so much opportunity to make money and build meaningful relationships with peers and investors. I've only been here a few weeks, but I'm blown away at how supportive the training has been. I had no real estate experience coming in, but I have already learned so much since starting. My team and manager are great!

Cons

None yet. But if you're considering moving into real estate, you need to be highly motivated. You have a lot of autonomy, and you need to set goals for yourself and be accountable if you want to be successful.
