Great Company in a Great Industry

Pros

Great company with a great culture. I like the endless training videos and weekly training calls most of all.

Cons

It is super easy to over look the cons of working a commission based job and never consider all of the different factors that could affect when and how much you get paid. I think it would greatly benefit new agents, that aren't use to the speed of commission based pay, to really drive home the point about how crutial self accountability and tracking/meeting your goals will be.

No cap on compensation, great environment, fun/competitive atmosphere

Cons

Culture is heavily location dependent and some offices are much better than others. While there is no cap on commission, there is no floor either.

Great company culture. Plenty of opportunity to grow in your career and make a great living for yourself.

Cons

Can be tough for a couple months when you're getting started. Just have to bear with it. It pays off!
