There's flexibility to work from home. Management trusts team members to do their work well and provides opportunities for 1:1 feedback. Individual teams feel close-knit and communicative. Health benefits are substantial and consistently improving.

Cons

Overall company updates are improving, but they sometimes feel disconnected from department to department. Opportunities for professional development and training are lacking.
