Unmatched Potential

Pros

The culture is my favorite part of this job. Be your own boss, no cap on earning potential, niche opportunity you wont find at any other brokerage, bonus for mid-high output! I feel like I am in a position of life changing money, surrounded with like minded individuals all bettering themselves and their careers.

Cons

1099 so be prepared for all that comes with that, no benefits like most brokerages. It is a grind, so you need to be ready to work to be successful.

Pros

You'll learn more with this brokerage in three months than you will with a traditional brokerage in 1 year. You're always around people that want to thrive. Once you build up a network of investors the job gets really fun.

Cons

The starting base pay for agents is super low. You'd have to sell at least 5 units a month to be able to feed your family. You want to sell a lot either way, but I wish the commission was higher.
