Pros

I started here with very little real estate experience, but the training is so good that they really set you up to succeed. There is a lot of support from fellow agents. Management is always on top of things, and always finding fun ways to keep morale up and reinforce a team spirit. I feel like the pay structure is fair, and there is a lot of opportunity to make a lot of money here. As long as you are willing to work for it.

Cons

I enjoy how fast paced everything is, but I can see how it would be difficult for some. This job is not for the lazy or the weak.
