The new western group feels like a team that will encourage and teach you the ins and outs of investment real estate. While supporting a healthy competitive environment. They also never cap your commission.

Cons

In this position you are a 1099 working on 100% commission pay with no benefits. If you are not a top performer you get less attention from management.

New Western is the most inclusive real estate brokerage I know. With the amount of trainings and the willingness of other experienced agents that want to see you win, this place is like no other. You won't feel "less than" by your piers, they will only lift you up and make you better.

Cons

This industry and job is not for the faint of heart. It takes discipline, effort, courage, day in and day out. This can only be seen as a con for certain people.
