Pros

A lot of opportunity to get bylines

Cons

Everything else. Money, training, ethics, all severely lacking. Abusive work environment. Carrying water for Rupe all day every day. Reputational harikari.

Pros

Small and approachable leadership team. New people in place are helping to change the culture and some processes for the better. Post Studios is full of smart, creative and very nice team members.

Cons

Top-down and cross-department communication needs work.

Pros

Great co-workers. Good mid-town location. Pay rates are fair compared to other media companies.

Cons

Upper management spreads mistrust and ugliness around the whole newsroom. You can count the number of happy people in the newsroom on one hand.
