Pros

The Post is a lively place to work. Senior management is concerned about retention and more responsive to complaints. There's been a lot of turnover over the past couple of years, but it feels like things are stabilizing now.

Cons

Writing viral, trending stories is a big part of The Post's coverage. Reporters are asked to aggregate, but there are opportunities to write enterprise stories. Some reporters are writing 6 plus stories a day. That's a grind.
