      Pros

      The Librarians at the branch level are really dedicated and do a lot with what little they have.

      Cons

      With all their programs targeting cultural diversity and inclusion, it still a fact that at the end of the day upper management is neither.

      Pros

      NYPL is well-equipped, has a broad-based collection with regard to subject matter and languages of publication, and age cohorts.

      Cons

      I feel that it would be helpful to NYPL as well as new staff members if there could be a new employee manual which could include a guide to using Sierra, especially. Something hands-on rather than in print or two-dimensional in its approach would be most helpful.
