Pros

Amazing colleagues. The people you meet and work with here will almost always be smart, interesting, and ambitious. And the mission is important and exciting.

Cons

Huge challenges in the industry, which are hard to address coherently. People easily get data drunk on the smallest bit of quant. Organizationally there's a lot of turf, and therefore a lot of left hand not knowing what the right hand does.
