Pros

Great products, extremely intelligent people (talking about the mothership in NY), pretty good salary for the French market, prestige brand.

Cons

Lots of fear based motivation, politics, and extreme levels of workplace toxicity. "Special" (for lack of a more acceptable word) local management. The Paris office would not be open if it wasn't so prohibitively expensive to close. Don't expect a long career here, use the opportunity as a springboard.
