Pros

Best journalism in the world. Benefits are ok. Pay is great for journalism and mobility opportunities are good.

Cons

Newsroom could be managed much better. Could use some consulting for sure. An MBA or two among senior editors couldn't hurt either..

Pros

You won't find a media outlet, at any level, with higher standards.

Cons

Limited potential for increasing your pay. Management essentially demands a 24/7 commitment, which can be hard on family life.

Pros

Wonderfully collaborative culture. Diversity is embedded into daily operations. Great internal networking. Leadership seemed to be as transparent as possible.

Cons

Employees can be stretched very thin.
