Pros

The group is young so you can make chill friends. The hours are a strict 9-5 and most people take a two hour lunch in the cafeteria. Your part of a union so they cant fire you.

Cons

The management is very poor. Its only the beginning of April and three people have quit from a department of 25. The guys are favored more than the girls on the floor.
