Pros

Smart company that is trying hard to transition in the digital age. Doesn't do everything right but believes in innovation and taking risks.

Cons

Layers of management and bureaucracy can sometimes slow down action to the extent that it blocks progress. And some of the decisions made are not always quickly retracted if the results don't prove out.
