Pros

The brand being well known

Cons

Competitive and toxic. One rule for some and not for others e.g. wfh. Don’t train well when new processes are introduced then you’re scrutinised during performance reviews about your performance from a management that doesn’t know how to train.

Cons

Very bureaucratic, decision making process delays work being done, lack of potential career progression, very evident divide between US and UK teams.
