Pros

Great work-life balance, co-workers, company leadership

Cons

Promotion of people didn't always make sense. Very meeting heavy. Often meeting about the same issue for weeks.

Pros

New York Times produces some of the greatest content around. The work that folks do here sets a bar that the entire industry follows.

Cons

There are a lot of smart folks here, but because of legacy, because overall strategy is muddled, because there are many layers of management, its challenging to build and implement anything new.
