Pros

Nothing but the name and fame comes with a old company!

Cons

MICRO-MANAGEMENT at it's best!!! Pay rate is at least $30K-$40K less than market rate for the same role. Recruiting and taking advantage of college grads who will do anything to land on the first job is a norm here who can hire with very low pay and loads of work! Mutliple roles are squeezed into a single role with lousy pay! Lousy and cheap tech stacks and tools! Health insurance is sub par with high deductibles and little to nothing company allowance. No wellness or technology benefits! Hostile environment, lots of red tapes, secret surveilance, cliques, coercion and fear-monging culture! Every couple of weeks, employee outbursts and demonstrations in front of the building are very common!
