Pros

- A robust ERG program - Lots of training resources, offered by both in-house and outside experts - Mission-driven for-profit - Convenient NYC office location - Lots of very smart people

Cons

- Pretty impersonal (but this varies by team) - Diversity at the higher levels still isn't where it should be - Some tolerance of poor behavior by the star talent

Pros

Exposed to wide range of very interesting people.

Cons

You need to bring your top game if you want to stand out, but that’s not really a con.
