      Pros

      I genuinely loved working for NewFields. I always felt supported and an important part of the team. The company is undergoing some changes that will bring about more collaboration, better cross team communication, and open the company up to more projects.

      Cons

      Needs to be more equitable in its salary/rates for people as opposed to huge bonuses for partners. I think with the recent changes this will hopefully be addressed

      None Nice office Decent coffee Relaxed atmosphere Perfect if you need to be micromanaged Good benefits as long as you don't need health care, dental, or a successful 401k

      No potential for advancement Management is self centered Professional liars Miserable benefits Cliquish CEO is a jerk A select few partners are the only ones that make decent money
