      NewFields is a great place to work! My colleagues are amazing and my projects are diverse. Great benefits.

      My salary is low, but I don't think that's necessarily the case for everyone in the company.

      Pros

      I genuinely loved working for NewFields. I always felt supported and an important part of the team. The company is undergoing some changes that will bring about more collaboration, better cross team communication, and open the company up to more projects.

      Cons

      Needs to be more equitable in its salary/rates for people as opposed to huge bonuses for partners. I think with the recent changes this will hopefully be addressed
