As such, NewFields recognizes the importance of bridging the communication and knowledge gap between senior and junior team members. To address these gaps, NewFields has several ongoing initiatives aimed at developing junior staff, expanding their expertise, sharing resources, and providing opportunities to learn new disciplines and increase their understanding of the business.
Lastly, we believe NewFields is not driven by profits. We are a private company, not public, thus have no public pressure to increase earnings. In fact, our co-founders and numerous other senior members exited from large behemoth corporations who beat up their employees to create profits.
