decent pay given its considered a warehouse. low for the job position across industry. schedule is rotating so just as many days off as worked. 5 weeks vacation starting out. thats hard to find in a US company.

Cons

Organizational structure is all wonky from many changes being implemented. positions cut all the time then new ones added.

Management gives no room for employee improvement nor welcome employees input/ suggestions before making decisions. Pay increase mentioned in interview but never happened.

No cons it’s a great company, though I no longer work there I can’t think of a negative.
