Not organized, management is prioritizing numbers instead of fully training employees, expectations/demand unrealistic

Coworkers are great as long as they do their job and show up and pay attention. But standards you can be held to aren't the same standards others are held to, so favoritism and fairness are things to look out for. All upper management see is dollar signs and not what their decisions cause when it comes to wear and tear on the machinery, the crowding of the yard, the backing up of work, the stress of their employees, time lost to the drivers, and the trickle-down effect of how this effects their customer. It all gets blamed on the workers and we get told to just do better.
