People - from your co-workers, managers, partners, clients you can build long lasting relationships both personally or professionally. The pay is okay but don't expect to buy a house or to grow your lifestyle unless your more inside corporate savvy

Cons

direction - company either doesn't know or refuses to adjust with the times. providing. Quality over quantity sometimes is the best way to go. Some/a lot of my colleagues didn't belong there and it was obvious they shouldn't have since the first day. I believe in giving opportunities but setting up to fail is worse politics - seat warmers

Solid work-life balance.

Cons

Decisions seem to be made on emotional whims, without solid reasoning or direction. Overall corporate communication is poor to non-existent. Employee suggestions not taken seriously. Management seems to be in, 'just-survive mode'. Very little re-investment in employees. Not allowed to take PTO during 4th quarter i.e. Nov/Dec holidays.
