Good benefits include medical, dental, vision, insurance, 401K, paid leaves &, etc. Recently the company becomes public.

Cons

Work Environment depends on your team, and it can be stressful work with higher levels. The company valued results. In most cases, top management likes to replace directors or managers if they couldn't reach unreasonable & changeable quarterly/annual goals.
