arbitrary goals and dead books. Company will lay off an entire department when it feels like it.

entertaining frustrated HR emails about stains on new carpet. good severance package.

Cons

boring beige office. cubicals. if there's a legally required minimum then that's what you'll get, and no more. parking lot is the wild west. everything is tracked, and monitored. its like a time warp to the late 90s corporate nonsense - 'office space' levels.
