      Can develop good friendships with co-workers

      There is very low morale due to low compensation and challenging work environment which values the appearance of devoting yourself to work above all else. There are only 6 paid holidays. Because it's a retailer, everyone is expected to work Black Friday and before/after Christmas even if your job function is not related to or impacted by holiday sales.
